“No visual, amarelo pálido... perlage fina e consistente; no olfato, intensidade média... entrega maçã verde, pêssego branco e aromas bem destacados de manteiga e torrada, apesar de ser um espumante elaborado pelo método charmat. Na boca, corpo leve, alta acidez, álcool bem integrado e final médio. Espumante brasileiro muito bem feito e com relação custo x benefício espetacular... proposta refrescante e gastronômica... recomendo muito!”
