“Loads of medium-sized bubbles in the glass. On the nose, apricot, citrus zest and pineapple with hints of honey and flowers. Dry, medium (++) acidity, medium alcohol. Kiwi, grapefruit and lemon peel with a hint of salinity on the palate.”
