“Rubino intenso, abbastanza limpido e consistente alla vista, ha un naso intenso e fine, decisamente complesso e ampio: si percepisce dal frutto pieno maturo (prugna, ciliegia sotto spirito) al tabacco, liquirizia e pepe verde. Tutto abbastanza “ritmato”. Al palato è secco secco, morbidezze ben equilibrate con acidità e tannino, oltre a una spinta sapida ben bilanciata. Mi ha stupito anche per la buonissima persistenza dopo il sorso.”
