“I wanted a wine to match a bacalao dish and bought this one. I opened it and poured in a carafe to let it breathe for about 5 hours. The pairing with the dish was amazing - the dish contains klippfisk, potatoes, onions, tomatoes, peppers, chili, salt and olives. Pairing all these ingredients went very well. It was also very nice just to drink after the meal. It was a fruity and well balanced wine with little tannins. I have ordered 5 more of this one to enjoy in the coming years.”
