“Antes de tudo convém dizer que tenho muito respeito pelos produtores de uvas autóctones. Aqui o critério de avaliação não pode ser o mesmo das viti viniferas. Essa uva já serviu para muitos blends de negroamaro, tava quase caindo em desuso.”
