“Un Susumaniello Rose, del sur de Italia con denominación de origen protegida. A la vista, color gold rose pálido, muy traslúcido, muchas luces. En nariz, no tan aromático, durazno, mantequilla, caramelo. En boca, por el aroma se imagina dulce, sin embargo es muy fresco, suave y redondo, sabor a lácteo, vainilla, durazno, poca acidez, pero final persistente muy agradable. Nunca había probado esta cepa, pero me encantó, ideal para maridar con marisco.”
