“A cuvée of 50% Pecorino, 30% Passerina and 20% Trebbiano grapes from hills around Villamagna (Chieti) at 120-200 m altitude with clay and limestone soils. Spontaneous fermentation and aged for one month in steel tanks. Light hay yellow colour with thick tears.”
