Using numerous different vessels to age ( 🥚 to oak) 14.5% that slides down with energetic acidity. Loving those red licorice ways The red fruits dance with energy. Wild strawberry fields to bing cherry delights. Some subtle kitchen spices ooze in. Tannins pretty chill but suspect this can age. Got 2 more to find out. Grenache yum. 🤤.”
