Is Saldo Chenin Blanc a good wine?
What reviewers say
“I have yet to develop a taste for whites but enjoyed this nice wine from a great blender. 90% Chenin Blanc , 7% Verdelho and 3% Muscat. I was told the Chennin Blanc was historically predominant in California. You get peaches , apples and honey in the bouquet and the fruits carry forward to the palate. Generous with both bouquet and flavours , dry and acidic it’s a most enjoyable wine. 90% of the maturing was In stainless steel and 10% in oak. The crispness comes through clean”
