“Blind verkostet: Dunkelroter, fast schwarzer Kern und rubinrote Ränder. Es springt einem quasi die Vanille an. Dazu kommen Pflaume, hochwertige Eiche, viel schwarze Frucht. Sehr würzig. Ein erster Gedanke Merlot, vielleicht saint Emilion.”
