“Color of pale gold with a wide gold rim. Aroma wet cut grass with a little bandaid. Honey and crushed stone. Taste of Meyer lemon with fennel at the end. Also honeysuckle. Just a touch of vanilla custard. So well balanced with just the right amount of acid.”
