Is Rosé a good wine?
What reviewers say
“The wine is a Pinot Noir based blend with Cabernet Franc, Gamay Noir and Merlot. The winemaking used a process called “saignée” though which combines the free-run juice of select single-vineyard red grapes before they are pressed. The result is this coral coloured and aromatic rosé with hints of strawberries, blood orange and raspberry. The palate has bright acidity, red ripen berries and a creamy finish.”
