“The opening among the December festive bottles! The smoke with tarty touch of vanilla , strawberry , cherry , plum, and a wind of violet (or tiny floral) the savory scents of pickles. ( celery ) Fermented. Decent unfiltered. Licorice gives the tone of xmas!”
