“A really interesting and different bouquet than I would expect from a Grillo. Yeast, biscotti, and a creme note lead to a crisp and acidic palate with papaya, melon, and flint. Highly approachable, easy to drink, and will absolutely appeal to a wide array of wine drinkers. Definitely coming back for this again and again!”
