“Complex, pronounced on the nose, nutty, buttery, straw, peachy, flinty, creamy, lots of layers. Good acidity and concentration, very long length. This is a pure natural Chardonnay from Sato in Central Otago, very little interviens and wild yeast fermentation. Lovely gift from a family member.”
