“This is a delightful Italian Rose made from 💯% Sangiovese 🍇. Beautiful copperish pink color with thin legs and a very faint effervescence. Dry, medium bodied, medium tannins, medium acidity Aromas of cherry, cranberry, green apple, pineapple, rose petal, jasmine, almond, and a bit of earthy minerality. The 👅 follows the👃with the addition of peach and with a medium long finish. Paired well with grilled red snapper, rice pilaf and mixed vegetables. Great QPR! 11.5% ABV. 3.9 ⭐.”
