“Raj is a huge fan of Mersault so I thought that that this wine would mimic it to some degree. When I initially opened the bottle, I got zero fruit on the nose. It was a huge dose of salt, saline, wet stone. After about 20 minutes in the glass, the wine opened up a bit.”
