“This is a fantastic wine. Medium body, mildly acidic, robust & complex flavor, pleasantly tannic, tart, crisp, [dunno the word for it’s flavor profile but something along stone, cocoa, kale, etc lines… + initial touch of meatiness]. Opens up very nicely, great @ every point.”
