“Beautiful evolution on this 2017 Franciacorta, perfect to be served now, elegant, served in pairing with Pinsa Romana, a vegetarian one, cheese and mushrooms, the other one with Mortadella and Burrata. It stands in perfect pairing with both. Fine small bubbles in perlage, notes of toasted bread, honey, peach, butter yellow appleand hazelnuts.”
