“Cava made with Grenache and Pinot Noir grapes. Each variety is made separately. Before pressing the grapes undergo a skin contact maceration at a low temperature. The pressing is gentle, obtaining only a 50% yield.”

Pink colour, accompanied by very fresh and intense aromatic notes. Very elegant and persistent on the mouth.After a night harvest, the varieties are vinified separately, with little maceration time maceration time.
