“A youthful, pretty, cherry bouquet at 7 years, with hints of wood. It’s best feature. A smooth & easy-going palate. No, it’s not a reserva; it’s more like a hefty crianza. The nose is potent & fruity, but the palate is quite short. Acidic, but balanced enough. Food wine, here with chicken cordon bleu & couscous. Nothing special, 3.8+ woofs = Good+. Drink it soon. Blended up with 25% of my ongoing kitchen solera, as expected, ‘cause it’s 100% tempranillo, which always needs a 2nd grape.”
