“Så blev det tid til at smage Matildas safter. Først fik den dog lov til at stå 5 timer i karaffel på køl. Om det er for lang tid vides ikke. Den blev serveret for kold, nok 11-12 grader, men kom hurtigt op i det lunere galiciske klima.”
