“Schöne gelbliche Farbe, tolle Perlage, die lange anhält, jedoch typische Sektperlen, größer als beim Champagner. 10 Jahre haben auch etwas Alterung bei sich, aber schön! Brioche, Hefe, etwas Zitrone, etwas Blume. Spritzig mit lang anhaltender Säure.”
