“Bester Chardonnay seit längerem und einer der besten aus dem Jura, die ich kenne. Volle dunkelgelbe Farbe, leicht trüb. Die Nase ist bereits sehr opulent: helle Kräuter mit viel Aroma: Kamille und ein Hauch Weihrauch, dann auch Früchte: viel Birne, etwas Apfel, weiße Nektarinen.”
