“I would describe this wine as being like unrolling a long runner rug. If you hold it for a moment, it opens up wonderfully. Then, as it traverses the palate, it just keeps unrolling and unrolling. Long after you have swallowed it still keep "showing" new and impressive elements. Strong oak closes the show (which I happen to like). It remains balanced, and nuanced throughout. Very well done.”
