“Interesante proyecto en La Aguilera (Burgos). Lo definen como microvinificación aunque de este sacan 35k botellas. Cepas de 50 años de edad media, despalillado, prensado suave, FA en inox 70% y el resto en barricas abiertas y cerradas. FM y crianza de 7 meses en RF usado.”
