Summary
Very aromatic, with notes of wild and ripe fruit. Medium body and intense sensations of black cherry and cassis, as well as a delicate pointing wood. It ends with a firm end-proof, soft tannins and fruit.
Quinta da Espiga Tinto is Tinta Roriz grown in Lisboa, bottled as a red.
Its in-cohort standing is measured against 350 other reds from Portugal, not against the corpus as a whole. The calibrated figure is built from 2,092 of its Vivino reviewers. A broader pool of 2,204 reviewers with two or more ratings feeds the raw-average track instead.
