Summary
Mario Ercolini does it slightly different than in other wineries in Tuscany. They allow the classic style that has existed for years, go and look further. With the Curioso they use the techniques of Amarone: 15% of the sangiovese grapes are left to dry on the vine. A modern, full-bodied, very fruity style that people love.
