“🍇 Pinot noir 55%, Pinot Meunier 30%, Chardonnay 15%. 👁️ The perfect golden colour and an intense flood of fine bubbles. 👃 A typical nose and very inviting. Apples jump out of my glass chased by peach, butter and some bread. 👅 The palate in the same line. I had this champagne several years ago, wow... what a difference! This boy has grown. Apple, peach, citrus, stonefruit, butter, nuts and brioche. 🎓 4,0⭐”
