“Grown at 250m on granite, the highest point of the Mornington Peninsula. Claimed as being Chablis in style due to the minerality. I didn’t find this, then that evening opened quite a ripe Petit Chablis, and could be convinced / corrected. Lemon curd aromas with light nuts. Medium bodied with rich, ripe flavours. Great depth and texture (lightly glycerine). Medium length.”
