Summary
It has violets, mint and capsicum dominate the bouquet with traces of subtle cedar oak. With the palate showing intense briary blackberry, herbaceous tomato, morello cherry flavours enhanced by hints of quince and black olive. This powerful Cabernet is framed by firm tannins and structured oak, has great length and built to live.
