“Der nächste Crémant de Jura. Jetzt fühlt es sich aber wie ein Champagner an. Klassisch Brioche, Toast und Zitrone. Aber auch Apfel, Birne und etwas Nussig. Es fällt mir immer noch schwer Schaumwein zu beschreiben. Ist echt die Königsdisziplin! Im Mund schäumt das mächtig auf.”
