“**Sparkling Friday** (16,5/20) Very good, rather complex Cava. Well-integrated dosage, creamy mousse, great structure. Blend of 60% Xarel-lo and 40% Chardonnay, the latter aged in oak barrels for 5 months, with stirring. Aged sur lattes on the bottle for 35 months.”
