“An outstanding CdR composed of 60/20/10/10 G/S/M/Cinsault vinified jointly without destemming, spontaneous fermentation using indigenous yeasts, 14.5% abv., aged in enamelled vats for 12 months. Deep purple red colour. Blackberry & raspberry with black cherry & morello cherry.”
