“A good rosé made from Bobal grapes, a strain that I like a lot and that is not very common. Denomination of Origin of Utel Requena. 👀 Light pink, orange tones, bright and clean. 👃Aromatically red berries, grapefruit and peach with floral touches, discreet and pleasant. 👅 Dry, fresh with pronounced acidity, a long finish with a bitter and pleasant finish with hints of grapefruit. 🧀🍷 Manchego cheese with guava paste.”
