Is Sancerre Sauvage Rosè a good wine?
What reviewers say
“Great Sauvignon Blanc here. High toned and serious, like a opera soprano solo. Lots of fresh, but concentrated, grapefruit and lime aromas here. The greenness is pleasant, a fresh herbal quality, rather than the obnoxious bell pepper aromas that you so frequently find. Plenty of crunchy white stone mineral as well, with soaring acid and middleweight body. Old world SB for the dry Riesling or Chablis drinker, but also pungent enough for the NZ SB lover. Careful work by a big producer.”
