Is Bobal Ecológico Rosado a good wine?

What reviewers say

“Wow! Unbelievable rosé from Manchuela in Castilla-La Mancha in southeastern Spain from the thick skinned Bobal grape. Stainless steel, organic/low intervention. On the nose blood orange, dried herbs & watermelon rind. Fantastic structure with vivid acidity, phenolic bitterness, soft tannins. Strawberry hard candy & red jolly rancher on the palate with hints of lemon peel & white cherry Paired with wings for the Super Bowl 🏈”

From a top-rated Vivino review for this bottle.
