“Celebrating Valentine's Day! Lively, fresh & dry Lambrusco di Sorbara was made in the Charmant method. One fermentation in stainless seel tanks, followed by decanting into bottles. Supposed to be just frizzante but bubbles were clearly visible + wonderfully effervescent mousse.”
