“Line-up voor het Kerstdiner 2020: 2. Oro Toscana Bianco Bij een visschoteltje: gerookte zalm, makreel, Hollandse garnaaltjes in avocado met whiskeysaus (tip van m’n schoonmoeder), gerookte forel. En daarna doorgedronken bij een kreeftensoep. Bij dat laatste paste deze wijn niet zo. Zeker bij de visjes mmm. Fris, mooi zuurtje, fruitig en toch droog, rond en mooie afdronk. Wel lekker koud inschenken. Cheers 👊🏼”
