“📌: Bei diesem reinsortigen Grauburgunder aus der Pfalz 🇩🇪, wurde ein Großteil langsam im Edelstahltank vergoren, ein kleinerer Teil spontan im Holzfass. 👁: Helles Gelb mit zartgrünen Reflexen. 👃: Noten von reifer Birne und Zitrusfrucht, Gewürze, Honigmelone, Walnuss. 👄: Am Gaumen saftig und füllig, mit Kräuternoten und würzig-mineralischen Nuancen. Dabei dank der frischen Säure von großer Vitalität. Im Abgang ein zarter Schmelz. ✍️: Passt gut zu Geflügelgerichten. In Summe: 3,9🥰✔️”
