“Een paar dozen gekocht van de platine en de loges bij bezoek aan de cave. Nu na een jaar vond ik hem nog lekkerder. Waarom? Het vinieuze komt nog sterker naar voren. Het component pinot noir wat al 67% is, komt nog meer naar voren.”
