Affina per circa 24 mesi in bottiglia, secondo i dettami del Metodo Classico e si presenta nel bicchiere per un giallo paglierino brillante con perlage fine e persistente. Dischiude al naso sentori di mela verde, frutta bianca e note fresche e agrumate con sfumature di nocciola e lieviti. Il sorso è pieno di freschezza minerale e cremosità”
