“Wreszcie jakieś dobre SB z Nowej Zelandii. Dominuje marakuja. Do tego agrest, troszkę trawy i ciut słonosci. Słońce i świeżość w kieliszku. Ciepły miły wieczór z morską bryzą. Oceaniczną. W ustach to samo. Długie, cytrusowe, idealny balans cukru i kwasowości. Sporo grejpfruta. Duża kwasowość. Ma dużo finezji, ale jest tak bogate, że nie mógłbym go pić codziennie, bo ta kwasowość wymaga jakiejś potrawy. Na pewno nie ostrygi. Może do krewetek? Na pewno do ruskich pierogów ze skwarkami.”
