“Tokaj aus 100 % Furminant. Für mich völlig neu. Spektakulär viel Charakter. In der Nase würzig, etwas Honig und Karamell, Lindenblüten, Grapefruitschale. Am Gaumen ebenfalls betont würzig und sehr mineralisch, salzig, steinig, würzig-säuerlicher Apfel, knochentrocken, frische Säure, erinnert etwas an guten trockenen Cidre, saftig, schlank, herber langer Abgang. Mir macht der Wein richtig Spaß. Super Trinkfluss trotz hoher Komplexität und Eigenständigkeit.”
