“Celebrando hoy en restaurante Mercato de Temuco y acompañando, en mi caso un excelente osobuco con risotto al jengibre bebimos este Montes Alpha Syrah 2018 de Colchagua. Se la pudo con el plato, que era exigente. Al ojo es color rojo guinda seca, muy oscuro, con ribete violeta.”
