Is Pennon Hill Chardonnay a good wine?
What reviewers say
“Sits alongside the Estate and Single VY Chardonnay’s from Montalto, the fruit here is sourced from Red Hill, Main Ridge and Tuerong sites (cool and warm sites). Whole bunch (90%), 30% new oak of varying sizes. Balance wild fermented and extended lees ageing for complexity. Expressive white peach, struck match, toast, grilled hazelnuts, med body, crisp acidity, balanced oak, good weight. 13.1%”
