Is Pure Provence Rosé a good wine?
What reviewers say
“Come back to this Provence Rose, vintage 2022. I loved this bottle, sowhenever I have it, always prepare a proper food together. This time, it goes with citrus pepper sauce salmon steak. On the nose, floral, hint of grass.”
From a top-rated Vivino review for this bottle.
Summary
A delicate pale pink colour yet surprisingly complex. Pure is crafted with a mineral spine and an elegant fruit body with raspberries and white cherries taking centre stage, followed by a hint of cranberry. Never shouting, the intensity grows with each sip. The balance between crisp acidity and the textural sweetness of fruit enables this wine to be enjoyed both as an aperitif and with food.
Mirabeau Pure Provence Rosé is a rosé from Côtes de Provence, France, blended from Grenache Noir and Shiraz Syrah. At $17.60 for the lowest 750 ml listing, it belongs to the $15–30 band.
