“5th NYE Dinner wine paired with poached pears. Nose of baked apple,, Cinnamon, Caramel, fig and raisen. Medium brown in color. Palate of toasted caramel fig and raisen. Great Dessert wine. Paired very well with the pairs. Great fun with the trolls tonight!😉”
