“Microbio wines. Ismael Gozalo ens rep amb els braços oberts un dia que resulta que estan embotellant, però més punky que jo, ens transmet com ningú la filosofia dels seus vins. Amén 30 vegades! Només arribar s'obre una magnum de Pét Nat. Primera vegada que provo aquest tipus d'escumós i fletxada al cor 💓. Em faltarien pàgines per descriure sensacions.
