“Younger brother of Buteo ( scroll down for that review). Delicate, lemon, sour lemon, citrus. Calm, not wild. You won’t guess it’s Gruner Veltliner.. rather charming🧚.. I did want to say it could compete w/ Chardonnay.. but no.. it’s a separate playground. With its own rules. Thoughtfully made. It’s young. Yet young, but already wise soul. Generously sharing some of its youth w/ you. Isn’t that what you desire more & more as the years come? Cheers to young souls & gifts they bring!✨”
